Biwa Spring Menu

Suspecting that the weather will change eventually… Will, Gabe, Matt and Chris have been hard at work preparing the Biwa Spring menu. The hearty braises and winter salads have been put on the shelf to make room for the lighter dishes of spring… new fish preparations, spring vegetables for the grill, new salads and more… We are releasing our spring menu on Wednesday the 2nd.
