Biwa’s Fourth Birthday & Spring for Zenger

imageWe hope that you will please (please, please) join us at Biwa on Tuesday, March 15th to help us celebrate our fourth birthday!!!

In celebration of this special day, we will be:

1. Donating 10% of our sales for the night to Zenger Farms’ “Spring for Zenger” fund drive. Zenger Farms is a non-profit working urban farm, wetland and friend of the restaurant. Please help us support them and their mission to promote and educate about sustainable food systems, environmental stewardship, community development and access to good food for all.

2. Serving the always-popular “Biwa Hamburger” ALL NIGHT LONG! On this one very special day, our delicious normally-available-only-after-10:00 (11:00 on the weekend) thoughtfully seasoned ground beef patty, kimchi mayo and crispy chasyu pork all nestled (with lettuce) into a sesame seed bun hamburger can be yours ANY TIME between 5:00 and midnight.
