We are excited to announce that on Friday, September 12th we will be hosting two great sake makers, Ariyoshi Kato of Eiko Fuji & Nichiro Marumoto of Chikurin, for a very special, exclusive sake dinner.
Park Kitchen chef de cuisine David Padberg will be back in the Biwa kitchen, preparing a menu designed with Biwa chefs Will & Gabe, and sake sommelier extraordinaire, Markus Pakiser of Coho Distributing, will be pouring the tokkuri and leading an intimate discussion with the sake makers about all aspects of their craft.
We are really looking forward to drinking some great sake with the people who make it, and hope you will join us for this unique opportunity.
